Black screen

I got the PVZBFN when it came out and it was fun but i eventually refunded it. I got it yesterday again and 90% of the time i try to play it a black screen pops up. There is no popcap logo and it jus...

Hey @molcole11,

Have you also tried doing a Clean Boot?

You can also try checking to see if there are any Background Applications running that might be interfering with Origin:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

Another thing I can suggest is trying to create a new temporary Windows User Account, and trying to launch the game under that Account.

  Hi! Can you delete your old settings files and see if that has any impact?
