its impossible...... everyone either leaves the game or doesnt do teamwork!!!! any helpers?

It is possible. I have beat the boss twice (normal and hard). It is quite easy once you know what to do. Follow the instructions above and even four average players can take down the boss. The person who picks up the bucket must be the one who eats the candy. If anyone else does it's game over. If the bucket carrier is vanquished, game over too. If you are a scientist, do not pick up the bucket. Instead, look after the player that does. Protect the carrier as a priority. Heal them. Keep them alive. Three candies and then you can open up on the boss (with truly devastating attacks). There is plenty of time in the game to take him down.
The problem I am encountering more often than any other right now with random teams is that out of every four players 1 or 2 will not know what to do and cannot follow the verbal instructions which I make certain to provide either because they've muted unnecessarily, aren't paying attention or simply don't speak English.
We can get as far as me and one other person Anchoring but then the two remaining players fail to go after the right target. Either both get distracted by the plants or continue attacking the Squash and when one does go after the Torchwood the other does not, and the Torchwood is not something that one person can take down easily or quickly so that usually leads to that Player quitting and at that point 3 Players simply won't be able to finish the Hunt, especially when one still has no idea what to do.
