Bought DLC wont give to me

Got pvz gw2 on steam few days ago, just got the deluxe pack for 10 bucks as an addon. Steam goes through EA so I got the addon on EA. They are both under the same email. It wont give me the DLC and so far ive spent 10 dollars for nothing. anyone know how to fix this?

    GW2 on steam IS ONLY the deluxe edition, you should already have the Z7 imp?
