Bug on shop

Hi, I like the game (PvZ Heroe) and choose to buy the 10$ gem deal in order to get the pack bundle deal, but as I bought the gems my game started from the beginning, logging me out and transferring my gems to the new one. I had to replay the tutorial and waited until I could sync my game to load my original profile. But my gems stayed on the new game one so they did not transfer, so I wasted 10 bucks on nothing. Don't know if you guys could do something about that since I don't want that happening again  if I want to spend money on the game.
