Bug report PvZ Heroes

I would like to report few bugs:

  1. Event Challenge is not appearing,
  2. Weekly Event tab is not showing,
  3. After ranked match I don't receive tickets,
  4. Quest is not loading/appearing,
  5. Hero quest for Z-mech says that I don't have him even though I do have him,
  6. In both plant and zombie mission I can't access random battle,
  7. When I open shop it says "Cannot connect to Store. Check network Connection?" Even though I can play online matches with no problems whatsoever,
  8. The is no news tabs.

I am using Samsung Galaxy A53, Android 13

    Firstly dont use VPN if you are using it.Secnodly try to change your phone language to english or any other language that is diffrent from the one your using and then reinstall the app.If that still didnt work,it means the app thinks you dont have internet,but you have.To fix that go to airplane mode on your phone and then enter the app.When the app is fully loaded,turn off airplane mode and connect to the internet while your still inside the app.After all that try to play ranked,it should prob work.It worked for me at least.Also if it doesnt work at first,you should try multiple times to enter the arena,cuz it didnt work even for me at first click or at first try.Hope it helps!

    Update on the case:

    I have re-installed the game and every bug mentioned was fixed but new one arised, and that's I can't play online match. Then I have again re-installed the game and now, again, I can't play online match.

    I did the same (re-installed after I couldn't access the store or do daily Challenges)and it worked so that I can do Daily Challenges and buy cards at the store but when I went to play ranked matches where I previously could challenge players I also got the No Match Found message again

    I have tried downloading with different language and it work, however, when I returned to my language ut didn't work. Then I again returned to same language as I downloaded the game and it worked. Thanks for advice!
