Button to play not working

I tried to play a ranked match today but when I push the play button nothing happens. All other features are working, I can buy things, I can do the “today’s challenge” but I can’t play . Please help.

Same thing just happened to me on ipad. Deleted and reinstalled app with no change to fault

PLAY button is not working
Escalation - as previously reported, PLAY button is not working in order to start multiplayer battles. Have deleted app from ipad and reloaded with no change to fault. Fix needed ASAP
