Cactus upgrades that i think should be buffed or add something new.

@KingusBanana As a GM1 Cactus (without exploits), I agree with many of the points here, especially the Popcorn upgrade; I always want to use it because of how good it is against zombie clusters, but since its chance I don't wanna risk the upgrade point spaces for something that may not be even used.
