I cannot hear certain sounds while playing pvz gw2 (characters talking [zomboss,etc] the BING! you get when eliminating a zombie/plant in the backyard Battleground and quest sounds,like the crinkled up paper sound it makes when canceling a quest. I do not know what caused it but I have been looking for a fix for about a week now.

This is happening to me as well. I am on Xbox one and I have also noticed that the wrestling star’s gun sounds muffled when you shoot it. Also, everything sounds completely through headphones and sound is only glitched through the tv. This is only happening on garden warfare 2
Community Admin@ChickenNuggetZom Hi, i suspect your sound setup may be trying out output surround sound when you have a stereo setup. If you check your sound options what output do you have?
It's common enough for sounds to go through the "centre" speaker in surround setups. If this speaker is absent, the game can sound very different/wrong as the centre speaker isn't outputting.
