Can’t play games prebuilt decks

When I try to use the games pre built decks it won’t allow me to play, whether it’s the story games or just random battles, even ranked as well, I push the button and nothing happens, but when I build my own decks it allows me to play the game, that’s goes for both plants and zombies side, and if I keep pushing the random battle button enough I go to and event battle instead
