I have two Xbox Ones. One for me and one for my wife. We cannot get on PVZ GW2. just gets to a prompt that says it was unable to load game data. Is this because of Xbox or EA? Does not really matter, I was really wondering how many people this is affecting.
The actual prompt was "Failed to retrieve game data."
Happing to me also think it a problem for a lot think ea servers can't load my saved data hope they fix it have unlocked everything on game and still play it a lot on PS4 from Scotland good luck.
I'm having the same issue on Xbox and Ps5, I have a rather unhappy 6 year old. PVSZ is his go to game.
