Super Elite Glitch

Hello EA, for the past couple months my PVZ GW2 account was hacked and all of my characters were set to Super Elite, it made the game way less fun for me and now I stopped playing it, but now I wanted to come back to it and I was hoping you could help me recover what I had saved from before the hack. Could you help me please?
