Can't access sticker shop

Whenever I open the Sticker Shop, whether in Backyard Battleground or during Intervals it always has the Marigold loading icon and keeps loading; I have waited many times for over 10 minutes and yet it hasn't loaded at all. I have to restart the game every time I enter it due to the fact that you cannot close it once you open it. It is the only real problem I have come across in this game so far and it bugs me that the most essential part of the game is broken for some people, I have gone through over 5 advisers and the problem has not been fixed and the solution I got sent didn't work. I would really appreciate if we either got a solution or even if it gets fixed on Day One, please.
