@numbuhone71 In your case you may want to contact your network administrator, hopefully they can help you out.
@TheDeadCourt Can you whitelist the game on any anti-virus/other security softeware you have too? Are you able to use another connection type (tethering, or a trusted neightbour's wifi) to test/confirm whether the issue is with your connection.
@Fr0zenDave Hey, there are a few different symptoms here, can you add any extra info you have?

the same problem like @TheDeadCourt, I have tried your recommended solutions but I got the same results

i have the game whitelisted, unblocked on firewalls and i'm still not able to connect to EA servers.
the way it goes is like this: 'logging in, finding the perfect match, perfect match found! [wait 15 seconds] Lost connection to ea servers!'

I have the exact same problem. 'logging in, finding the perfect match, perfect match found! [wait 15 seconds] Lost connection to ea servers!'

I take it that other EA games on the account connect ok? If you power cycle your router, and restart your system with a Clean Boot, does anything change?
Also can I check what anti-virus/firewall folks are using, in case there's a common shared factor here.
Thanks.- Redsun_Apollo6 years agoRising Novice
@EA_DavidI don't have an anti-virus aside from the thing windows keeps on your pc, and i disabled my firewall, BF4 is having the same issue, working fine, but not letting me go online. i can see if my campus has it whitelisted
- 6 years ago@Redsun_Apollo Have you fixed it? I'm at the same problem and it would suck if your still having the problem for 2 weeks
