Can't connect to EA servers for PVZ battle for neighborville

I have no issues connecting with any other EA games but when I launch up the game it just doesn't let me connect. I can't use any online features and hoped it would fix itself after the first day but...

    @evolvepsycho3 Can you try going through the following steps?

    • can you try going through our Basic and Advanced connection steps if your issue continues?  
    • Try settings up a static IP In your network settings for the PS4

It randomly disappeared for me as it did the same in coming back.

My internet connection is perfectly fine for everything else I'd want to do, but it seems to lose grip on EA's servers like a wet bar of soap.

The game is allowed to go through my Window's firewall so it's not that causing anything. I've been able to play the game beforehand for some decently long sessions before closing out on my own. There's something really off going on here that seems to be with the game itself, but I don't know what would cause such a thing.
