cant enter the game on my pc and generate crash dump file but can't upload

It just display a splash window with easyanticheat logo ,

then the window disappears and back to origin App,

even no black window ,I have tried so many times.

I have formatted my harddisk and reinstall Win10 X64 twice

and repair easyanticheat many times,

I upgraded my GPU driver,but nothing work.

Till now I didn't enter this game's main window.,

Hardware of My PC ：

Win10 X64 Home Edition

AMD Phenom 9650

8G DDR 2 800

64G SSD+1T WD

GTX 650TI Boost 2G

Gardenware2 runs pretty well on My PC.

I get this game for two weeks but I can't enjoy it till now.

I havn't resolved this question by using resolutions that provided in other topics of same questions.

I have found the game generated crash dump log file in "my documents" directory but the forum don't support uploading of zip file.

    Hello @hemuxiaozhen.

    Please follow these  steps:

    Open Origin and game with Administrator rights.

    Make sure that your drivers are up to date.

    •Clear Origin Cache 

    •Clean Boot 

    •Close Background Apps 

    It can be AntiCheat error too. To fix that you need to follow these steps:

    1. Go to the folder where you instaled the game then the \PVZ Battle for Neighborville\EasyAntiCheat
    2. Open EasyAntiCheat_Setup
    3. Choose "picnic" and run a repair.
    4. Then try launching your game and see if anything changes.

    Sorry ，I click the 'accetp as solution' button by mistake,

    in fact , I have tried measures mentioned in you post,but they didn't work,

    I wonder  the game would not function correctly unless I upgrade my mainboard+CPU+Mem totally ,

    It needs much money and unnecessary just for kids' game.

    I have solved the problem.

    I replaced my motherboard+CPU+memory with biosstar a58ml +amd X4 760K+ddr3 4G,

    then I could enter the game properly,but sometimes it just show a blackwindow,I had to restart my PC then everything is OK.

    But pcmark score of  provious hardware almost equal to my new hardware ,  so it's strange.
