I have a laptop but I have run tons of other games on it
It's using the Intel HD Graphics with old drivers judging by the screenshots.

BF4 and Hardline are about the only two just comparisons to this game in all honesty. I see people suggesting that because they run TF2 or WoW they should be able to run this game, it just isn't the case. The Frostbite3 engine is a big ol' beast and requires a decent GPU to run it's games.
If you have a dGPU nVidia card in there too, it isn't using it currently. If it has one we can work through how to force the game to use it.
