Can't talk to people on PVZ Garden Warfare Xbox One

Question

I can't talk to people on PVZ. There are people talking, but I can not hear them. My headset works with parties and other games, but not this one. Today, I got to talk to someone for the first time. I left and came back and I never got to talk to someone again. Can someone help me fix this. I would really appreciate it.&nbsp;😕mileyhappy: Thanks

@PilotJmanf&nbsp;have you checked the security settings of your Xbox One? Depending on your privacy and online settings, it might block you out of the game VOIP. Please check the following article and let us know if that helped you to solve your issue:&nbsp;http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/security/default-privacy-settings

It works when it wants to. Meaning sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes it works and then stops in the middle of the game. I have no privacy blocks or restricted access whatsoever on my xbox one
