Cat lady
How does cay lady work? It says she gets +3 when a pet is PLAYED, but it also happens when a trick is played? Example... round 2, Smash plays cat lady.. I play environment... Smash plays all zombie...

Camel crossing is a trick, but also a pet. Dolphinato, that bounces off a plant is also a trick but a pet also. These tricks are a pet played. This is where you need to visit plants vs zombies heroes wiki.. If you go to the page they have on say cat lady, it will give all the examples when she is triggered.
Yes, zombies have way better tricks than plants.

same thing as destroying mushroom grotto (environment) counts as destroying a mushroom (triggers special ability of Punish-room)
easy way to see what we are all saying, go to your collection and search in zombies for "pet"
and last thing, Immorticia's super power "witch's familiar" will actually trigger cat lady TWICE
Is that because its a trick but then turns into a creature? I have always been curious about that. I figured that after the trick is played, it changes to a creature card and activates a second time.
Is that close to what happens?

I guess replacing it counts as destroying it, right?, I know it's a stupid question, but I've seen Squirrel Herder really destroy my Planet of the Grapes, interesting things
- Yep if you replace it with a zombie environment you get a shot from punishshroom, which shocked the bleep out of me the first time it happened to me. I didn't have a clue what happened lol. And I have had the same thing with squirrel herder, but it has only happened to me when planetofthegrapes is the only thing that she can target. I don't ever recall having the option to destroy the environment when you have plant targets, but I can't say for sure if that is the case
