@Shaun_Popcap You didnt list the Citron naval laser nerf and "juiced" upgrade rework. also naval laser is terrible now. the aiming changes have done some good but hitboxes are so skin tight unless you have aimbot you cant hit them for most of the duration. So many times have I lined someone up in the center of my screen with naval laser, but I'd be literally 1 pixel off their leg hairs so they take no damage.

Hey more complaints for the balance team sorry:
Naval Laser:
Naval laser has a starting dmg of 5. Assuming this ability is to be used mid to close range, this makes 0 sense to me. An ability so awkward and hard to use effectively, deals less damage than primary fire for most of its duration WHILE being harder to hit things with. Even when Naval Laser is at full charge it only deals 10 damage... excuse me? 10?? 10 dmg?? after only dealing 5 for 2 seconds, its max is 10?? Why on gods green earth would I use naval Laser over normal primary fire? The ttk patch was supposed to make getting kills easier no? I don't quite fully understand the thought process behind this massive naval laser nerf. Its a micro laser that only deals more dmg than primary fire after about 2 seconds. Primary fire is better. You could say I'm supposed to snipe with it?? Why would Citron have a Long range Sniping ability? For now I don't understand why Naval Laser is in his kit. I've been avoiding using it almost completely as it just makes me easier to hit and do less dmg.
E.M. Peach:
E.M. Peach does not last long enough. Engineer gets a stun with wider aoe + no "wind up" animation. Engineer chucks it down instantly, stunning anyone caught. Citron, has a "wind up" animation on E.M. Peach for some reason. An ability that stuns opponents for less than 1.5 seconds (which is less than engi stun) has an audio and visual signal. In gw2 it also cancelled abilities in use, like impkata. For some unknown reason, that feature was removed. Removing empeach's best feature? it was a better utility ability in gw2 and citron wasn't even really a team player back then. Many times have I E.M. Peached a zombie in multiplayer, then half a second later they use an ability on me anyways. Is this actually intentional? What is E.M Peach good for now apart from reducing mech fuel and slowing someone for 1 second?
Before the ttk patch, Citron did fine. He had respectable dmg output for a target that size. You guys gave him nothing in the patch that was supposed to make things better. Like you cannot compare Citron to the All-Star now. You have Allstar over there hitting 100 dmg in aoe with imp punt and gets an instant cast tackle (75 dmg) that gets reduced cd on kills. Citron with a 1.4 second stun that deals no dmg and cant even cancel abilities anymore and a WORTHLESS naval laser ability. Football cannon bis just a superior Juice Cannon in every way. All-Star is also a smaller target than citron. All-star can aim his already more accurate football cannon (with infinite ammo), Citron cannot aim. Allstar can shoot with his massive shield up, Citron cannot.

Give Citron a look for next patch. His character is so whack right now.
