What about the outcry for Team Swap to be removed?
With no progress reset option on PvE and PvP broken, those of us who've completed 100% of PvE have nothing to do to rank up characters.
Would also like to know about the ability to earn Rainbow Stars. These are huge issues that are being ignored.
Simply put, if these issues aren't addressed, the best, most-balanced game in the world is no good.

We read all the posts and comments -- we hear the feedback. I can't comment on those other items just yet but I appreciate they're important to the community.

^This. So much this. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the game and want to see it do well, but it will always be hindered by these problems until they're dealt with.
I think it's telling that while people are having issues with PvP lobbies, I ran Ops via the portal and had matches, usually full ones, pop constantly when I played over the weekend and the general feeling on them (anecdotal) is that they still need work, but they are good ways to level up and don't have to worry about team swapping so people are playing them a lot. For me as I'm done with the free roam zones and PvP is still in such a state, its the main way I play right now.
Do something about team swapping and give us more info on Rux store items ASAP. It would go a long way to putting our community at ease. Balance needs to be addressed for certain, but as quoted here, there are other critical factors that have to be handled to make the game more fun and fair.
