Character won't load after a respawn

Hello. I once i bought the game when first release and refund it because of the bugs. But now it's better right?

Any way my problem. i play it in private in case that was the problem but after i respawn my character won't load. i can't move. some times i can jump but can't see me character. other times some of my skills i can't use them there are black no skill icon. other times i can't shot. even on spawn screen it won't appear the character, cactus chomper etc. all of them. if i restart the game it will play just fine but if i respawn then fail. i haven't play much online because i want to explore the game more and do the quests. i only played once online and could respawn multiple  times just fine. The problem is when i am on my home or the backyard how you call it i don't know. I play on pc My ping is 60 Europe. i don't think it's a slow connection
