For the character issue, you'll have to provide your Gamertag for investigation.
What exact variants are you missing? And how many pieces are left of them? Did you level your characters to level 10?
How often do you get that Chili Bean issue? Any particular maps?

The chili bean mostly has problems in gardens n graveyards, all maps and also happend a couple times in garden ops
