Regarding the characters, are you sure they're level 10 and not 9? When you look at a level 10 character, it should show a star saying 11, because that is the level you're working towards, not the level you are. If the star shows 10, you're only level 9.
If you are level 10 for all those characters, then you must have had some major glitch that made meant you didn't unlock the sticker packs correctly for multiple characters, which I doubt... but if that is the case, then you'll have to give them your Gamertag, as said above.
Yes I get it lvl 10, it's not rocket science, thank you all for your responses but I have contacted EA games, it's not a lvl issue it's a connection issue
