Chat Audio Not Working

I’ve been playing BFN since the Founders Edition and the audio for chat still doesn’t work. I’m on PS4 and have tried multiple audio settings within the console and game. I can see the small speakers...

    You're welcome, and thanks for the Update.

    Let me ask around and see if I can get more information about this. You did try inviting people to your group, and seeing if you're able to hear them through VOIP correct, and not Party Chat through PS4?

Thanks for the reply! I tried another account but it doesn’t work either. Both accounts work with GW2. 

I’m not in any groups. I see people’s screen names with speakers while in Giiddy Park and pvp games. They pop up when someone is speaking just like GW2 but I hear nothing.
