Chomper gone from character selection

As title says, I went to select my character and the chomper isnt available for character selection. It's just vanished. Tried different servers, restarting game etc and still had no chomper. My friends have had the same problem. Has anyone else come across this? I played chomper fine yesterday so a very new issue

@EC2895 My friend, I know what happened! He has been removed from the game temporarily because of an exploit that I don’t know how to conduct that allows him to bite faster than attacking with Pea Gatling. The developers are going to try and fix this exploit.

Ah, that makes sense, thank you. Bit gutting thought as yesterday I spent 1,000 rainbow stars I've been saving over the last couple months on a legendary outfit for him and I was hoping to use it!

Oh, that’s annoying about the costume, sorry about that 😳, but you will get to use it again when Chomper can be used again and can be returned to the game (in about a week?)

Thanks, I hadn't seen that thread. Not to worry about the costume, I've been holding onto to the stars for a while to find something I really like so can wait another week or so to use it

Just finished playing on pc and chomper is still available.

Why is there a need to Temporarily remove the character. Just disable one of his abilities...

@OB1-The-Only-One Because the issue is caused by his primary, not an ability.

Let's rejoice for the temporary removal of the playable character Chomper. Reason: exploit that could literally end this game's whole career. This annoying Venus Flytrap is no longer, and we shall have the happiest of days (for now).

I can still use Chomper when not in a Multiplayer mode.
