Man that’s a lot of detail! I’m going to have to sit on this much information and think about it. As of now I don’t seem to be having an issue with Citron and feel a little dirty for using him sometimes. Not saying you’re having an issue with him, you’re just suggesting improvements. Which I’m all about.
I cant say I’ve ever Maine’s him so my opinion might be a bit biased. I’ll get back on this subject tonight.

Way to much reading, sorry got a headache atm.
I feel citrons primary needs a damage buff and that laser a slight buff and make it so you can cancel it,
main, reason rarly use it, use it on a mech in distance for example than another zombie attacks you from side and you end up just feeling like some * with massive pole (the laser) sticking out of you and can't move.
On that note if his damage is up his e.m.peach needs to come down especially the upgrade for direct hit longer stun as he can already barrel stuff and kill most classes 1 on 1.
But yea he is great for busting allstar shields and cause crowd chaos.
E.g weekly event game I joined last night plants where down 1-0 team consisted of all oak and few sunflowers against mostly all stars and a scientist or 2, I went citron busted shields and tossed empeach around and then run for cover that allowed oaks to do some damage and in the end we won 1-3.
