Commando pea buff appeal. PLEASE READ, FEEDBACK WANTED.

Ok, so this is a desperately needed change, and I'm going to be posting it on both the answer hq and the sub reddit for the most possible attention. I need everyone's support on this, so please leave...

I think a buff for his projectile speed, maybe a fire rate increase and giving him the Footsoldier's or Rose's crosshair would be enough. The damage is fine, and with 7 or 8 peas per second, he could be slightly deadlier thenCorn or the Footsoldier, but due to him shooting projectiles, harder to aim. However, i don't think an increase to his long range damage would be a good idea, since he's supposed to deal more damage than other Peashooters up close and less over range.
