Connecting issue PVZ garden warfare 360

@elysenichole we had a temporary server outage, do you still have connection issues and have you already tried to reset your routermodem?`To do so, unplug your routermodem from the power-source for roughly 2 minutes and connect it back to power after. Wait for another minute until the modem is functional again.
