"Connection to EA servers timed out."

I am having problems connecting to the EA servers on my Xbox One X when I try opening PvZ GW2. It provides me a popup saying, "Connection to EA servers timed out. Please check your network connection and try again later." I did exactly as the instructions said and nothing has changed. For me, this happens every time I open GW2 (Although there is a rare chance that if I press "Ok," it will still connect me to EA servers regardless). For anyone having the same problem, please click "Me Too" so maybe a community manager will see this.

    @ShadowSneak21 Hey there is another way where you can go into pvz Gw2 and then when it says press menu button dont press anything instead log out and have pvz gw 2 in the background do not close the game and then you log back in and then you should be able to press the menu button and connect to the ea servers

    Hi!

     

    I setup resolved this issue for myself.

    I performed manual port forwardings on my router, beside UPnP has been turned on. So i decided to turned off UPnP on my router and this resolved my same issue, furthermore i am using ipv4 and disabled ipv6.
