Consider adding Discord Rich Presence

Discord is very common by now, and displaying what you are playing could incourage other people to look what the game is and to try it.
Of course if someone doesn't want to display it, it should be possible to disable it, and just display the playing status
I imagine something like this:


I know this is not a priority, but is something cool that you guys might add (probably quite fast i think).
