    And I really don't get it why Toxic pea wasn't nerfed?

      Because he doesn't need to be nerfed. And the scientist wasn't really nerfed that bad. Either way it's too early for people to say if what was nerfed/buffed is bad or good considering nobody has been about to test out the new patch yet aside for the devs.
