CHARACTER GOT MAXED OUT (HACKED)

So about 3 weeks or so I was playing Garden Warfare 2 on PC live on Twitch when all of a sudden I got kicked out and then all of my plants and zombies were ascended (as well as my account level) 

to max level even the ones I didn't have got unlocked on ,max level without any upgrades, for about 2 weeks or so I couldn't even play online, matchmacking wouldn't start or I would get on a match and instantly get kicked out, I tied talking on 2 separate times to EA support and they just told me they could not do anyhting to help me. So does this mean that my account is just staying like that or could there be a possible solution to this?
