EA Staff (Retired)I haven't seen any notes about the chili bean mechanics where it can get chucked around like a hot potato. Are we ok this or can we make it the way it was in GW1?
AI zombies, heroes doing twisters and other odd things make it bounce all over the place. Even if you drop it from a hyper jump.
I'm glad the chili bean is the way it is. A grenade or bomb can be thrown back or away, so there's no reason for the chili bean to be any different. It's a cheap tactic anyways, and deserves this slight nerf.
@CJackson5083 I disagree. You can't escape the imp punt. I don't see why it shouldn't be the same with the beans. If you are careful you can escape just in time but it souldn't be pushed away like a leaf.
It's like the heal bomb of the scientist. Why does it push everything ? I once died in ops because of that ! I was an engineer using the big blaster and the scientist throw the heal bomb to heal me. I was close to the water and it pushed me of the edge 😕
