I feel that this issue most likely has something to do with the in-game settings then? Does your controller tend to flick sometimes (if you would scroll through an option, the controller will continue to move on its own for a moment. This can make it near possible to select certain settings or options.)? Me and my brother sometimes experience that!
Yeah, it was impossible to “quit to giddy park”.
