Controller Vibration Loss after speaking to npcs

Product: Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

In what game mode did the bug occur? Everywhere
Summarize your bug After talking to any npc, controller stops vibrating
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Talk to any npc that requires interaction (like major sweetie or any shop owner) and after regaining control over your character do any action that makes controller vibration happen and it wont vibrate
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

    Thank you. It's probably not a factor, but are you playing with a cable, or wirelessly? Also, are you using an official controller or a 3rd party one?

    I play on an official controller from Microsoft and play wirelessly and controller vibration works well in every game I set to vibrate controller (pvz bfn being one of those) but this bug still occurs in pvz bfn
