Crash Report Handler (PvZ BfN)

I purchased and installed Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville through Steam, I've reinstalled it through EA as well and it still doesn't work. I press play and it says "preparing game", then the crash report handler pops up. The crash dump file isn't even attachable to any ticket I've seen here so the instructions are pretty unclear (view the image). I got this game for me and 2 other friends so I'd really appreciate some help.
