Bought 630,000 coin pack-coins disappeared after opening one pack

I purchased the 630,000 coin pack and proceeded to have those coins load into my balance. After purchasing one pack for 35,000 coins though, my remaining balance shot down to about 70,000 coins-which was my balance prior to purchasing the coins. It seems that this is turning into a rather common issue and i feel especially bad for the people who were buying the more expensive coin packs.
