Imagine being able to play Infinity Time online with other players. Although the game isn't supporting big content updates like this anymore, I really think this would be a great addition if they ever decide to continue GW2.
It will make unlocking Infinity Loot much easier while still making the quality of loot dependent on performance.
What would your opinions be if this ever got implemented.
@CompleatBeetI would definitely be on board with this idea. I play Infinity Time with my brother so we can both get the Party Characters and other Infinity Customisations quite easily. If we were able to play with other players, I would be quite cool with that because I would have communication with my brothers and other players which we can help and that can help us. It already takes a bit of grind to get all of the Party Characters, so surely this would speed stuff up a bit as well.

I haven't played infinity time for years, but at the time 3-4 years ago, I was on occasion playing with others to collect as many shards as I could to obtain whatever Legendary character I was lacking.
If it ever does come back, I must quickly point out that the game adjusts the difficulty to accord with the number of players in the game. In other words, it is just as difficult playing with other players, as when you are playing on your own. In fact, at the time, I preferred playing on my own.
I haven't tried it but I thought you could invite someone into your backyard (which I have gone into someone else's backyard) and then both can go into Infinity Mode. It was some time last year so after EA put GW2 on cruise control.
