Damage on the Bean Bomb Abilities?

When I'm a zombie, I see bean bombs-all types. But I keep accidently hitting them with abilities and then I see damage on the bean bomb! I don't see any plant player near or even close to the bomb, I just see damage on the bomb. Now, I have a question, is there and can you destroy any of the types of bean bombs?

    You can be on a jackhammer next to a chili bean bomb and all you see is 5. You can originally also do this to a teleporter that's working but I'm pretty sure this doesn't do anything, I don't know if you can still do this.
