how do you exactly contact them? i tried via web but they haven't reply yet.
I have the same issue with the unlock heros quests, happened with both the plant hero unlock, and the zombie hero unlock. I contacted support about it. Initially I was told to complete the next level and then it would unlock, whatever the hell a level is in this game I don't know (Mission? Quest? League? Rank?) and played enough to do complete the ulock the next zombie hero. Still Nadda.
After opening a few more tickets and about 3 weeksI finally got this responce:

If that is to be believed, then they are working on it, and based on how long the issue has been open for me then it must be one hell of a bug. I don't know how responsive this company is with issues, but It's probally worth giving them the benefit of the doubt for the time being. That being said I won't be spending anymore money on this game until the issue is fixed.

I had a mission wich was play 25 games for your last zombie hero. Completed the mission, pressed the next button but then never got the chance to choose. Relogged, tried deleting and downloading the app again but nothing works.
