    The replied me once and said they would give me the heroes and 100 gem. But it NEVER happened in game. They have been ignoring my mails since then.

        Same thing happened.  Extremely frustrating to have played 50 games to complete both"final hero" quests and receive bubkis.  User name is "Jolymaster16"
