All of those I am familiar with are for desktop PCs and can be easily replaced, but I don't know yet if that is necessary. There is no "R7 200" at all. There are R7 250s and R7 260s, though. Maybe GPU-z could get a straight answer from the hardware.

You probably will not be happy with this game with only an R7 240
Mid-range
Radeon R7 240
Radeon R7 250
Radeon R7 250X
Radeon R7 260
Radeon R7 260X
The R7 200 worked fine for me, No lagg, No visual problems.
But still what about Directx 10? Is it the game or Is my card doing weird?because I know I can play the game I played it before... ._.
There NEVER, not ever, was an "R7 200". There may be an r5 m200, though. It is not supported by EA for any Direct3D version at all. Here's the low quality "m230":

Looks like an R5 m230 can do it first glance at that link, not outstanding of course but playable.
I found out I have a R7 240..
Did you physically remove a card when you put this one in? If yes, wipe your drivers. Let me know what card you took out (just the manufacture (i.e. AMD or nVidia) and I'll give you better detailed instructions how.
-------
If the motherboard had integrated graphics (there is a monitor plug directly on the backplate of the computer that you used before)... make sure those drivers are gone and it's disabled in the BIOS.
-------
Try a frame limiter... oddly enough it fixes this problem for some people.
Open Notepad.
Copy and Paste this:
GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60
Save it as "user.cfg"
You cannot have user.cfg.txt
enable "View Extentions of Known File Types" from Folder Options in Control Panel
Put it in your PvZ directory
\\Origin Games\Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare
---------
Here is some more info about removing drivers... I'm just dumping my macro spam... this isn't custom tailored for you... but it might help you work through it if it's a driver issue...

Try this. If you aren't used to Safe Mode or scared of BSOD don't do it.
Uninstall your nVidia Drivers from Control Panel (all) [[replace with your manufacture, i.e. AMD]]
Restart into Safe Mode
Run DriverSweeper
Restart
Install Latest Drivers

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us [[or your AMD drivers]]
If you have a BSOD on restart. Go back to Safe Mode. Go to System->Device Manager->Display Adapters Remove them, restart.
Safe Mode /w Networking will save the day
