Double Time isn't Double
Double Time got a speed nerf from 2.0 to 1.5 but the ability is called Double Time and with this nerf Double Time can't be called Double Time due to it giving a 1.5 speed boost instead of a 2.0 speed...

@Cameroid07 Makes sense, the name isn't as promising since it doesn't give twice the speed.
