In what game mode did the bug occur? Not really sure
Summarize your bug Once an Ops ELITE Boss spawns in with a cutscene while the Parrot is flying controls are not given back. Only happens with Parrot. Cactus seems to be unaffected.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fly Parrot as ELITE Boss cutscene triggers.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Its still possible to aim, taunt and open the menu. But nothing else.
