Engineer Class (Plumber) OP & issue with Golf Map in G&G

So i've been playing this game day 1 and i thinks the Plumber is OP, i mean 25 dmg splash they don´t even have to get closer or a good aim they just random shoot dealing 25 over and over the 36 dmg b...

I've been playing it since a week after launch and I think the plumber is OP too. More OP than any other character. It beats most characters at all ranges and is very easy to use. My K/D with it is over 5 (checked the other day out of interest) and I didn't even think about it, I always play the objective. I think it needs a slight reduction in range and damage.
