Same here! it doesnt matter what gamemode! i just bought this game and its now my favorite game! every time i try to join a game (xbox 360) it says found a great game, then it says ERROR Unable to join a session. Please check your network connection an try again. Is this just because its late at night and the servers arent running? because me sending this obviously shows that im connected to my damn internet.... All of my other games work....
I am having the same exact problem. I thought it was due to a new higher speed router but I called customer service for isp and they walked me through the steps to open the necessary ports and I still can not get on to any of the multiplayer modes. GTAV Advanced Warfare BF4 Forza Horizons all work fine..... WTF EA??
What console and game modes are you getting this on?

Reading the back of the box, you have to look at the color scheme of the bubbles. Provided there was split-screen it'd most likely have to be under the base 'Xbox 360' white background green text. All the green bubbles and white text are Xbox Live functionality, online only.
