EVERYTIME I try to go into the new portal at town hall and play the exploding hereos vanquish game it freezes up. It either kicks me out and I have to restart the game or the second or third time it stays frozen and I have to shut down and restart to unfreeze it. I am using a PC. It happened all day yesterday and now this morning it is still not working. HELP!!!
I hope they come up with something soon. It is going to take forever to get 50 rainbow stars this way and I am dying to do a Gnomus Trial!!!!!
This has happened to me on Xbox One. My wife and I play online on 2 Xbox Ones and she froze up on 2 different occasions. On one occasion I stayed in the game, but I was on the customization screen. The 2nd time we both froze at the exact same time.
It may also be worth noting that when it happens, the screen freezes and I can see the last thing I was doing. I am able to holy down the xbox button (on the controller) and hit up and then A to turn it off without unplugging it. When I was playing alone it froze on me and even holding down the xbox button (on the console) wouldn't get it to turn off.
Hopefully this can get fixed extremely quickly...
They're working on it. I really hope they'll fix it soon. ☹️
