False Ban? Unable to load into backyard.

Whenever I launch the game and it connects to the EA servers, I am unable to load into the backyard. There still is audio of the game running due to hearing the character's sound effects and ambiance however I am stuck in a black screen with the marigold loading icon in the corner. I suspect that I have been falsely banned as I was involved in a multiplayer match in which an exploiter changed the character's of all players in the lobby.  Have I been falsely banned due to being caught in an exploiter's mod's? If so, I would like so submit an appeal to remove my ban.

I sincerely declare that in the event of my ban removal, I will not use game modifications, third-party scripts, or exploits to tinker with the game or ruin the experience for other players alike.

    As a footnote, I am aware of certain exploiters causing impossible progression to the game or changing certain aspects in attempt to have EA ban player's accounts. This gives me more reason that I have been a victim of these exploits and targeted banning. I am also aware that many players affected by this have had their ban lifted in a matter of 1-2 days. However, I have had this issue since November 22nd 2025, about a month ago. This supports my statement that I have been falsely banned due to exploiters changing the game.
