Final hero selection Missing after restart app

Pretty much word for word that is what happened to me as well (my hero options were just different - Wall-Knight and Spudow). I contacted customer support- hopefully they can remedy this. It at least seems like a relatively easy individual fix.

    Exact same problem here, but I never got to see my selections. I now have 3 zombie heroes but only 2 plant heroes. How do I get my third plant hero?
