Well, I'm sure everyone who you've told to do this has done it, and they probably all got the same response I did back from the support page.
They just threw me this, "Thanks for contacting support, here's this generic help page you can look at, come to these boards for more help, your case is closed"

It has been too long! I'm thinking we need to spam their threads with posts about this and how going to EA support or this forum has not helped because it is not fair for us to wait for so long and not even get an appropriate conversation! We are not even asking for more than what we are supposed to be given in the game and have gone through a lot o bureaucratic system bs. Enough is enough!
